TERM & CONDITION

1) The rental price of this vehicle is as agreed.

2) VEHICLE OWNER has the right to demand additional payment if this vehicle is late returned after

    the expiry of the period as above on rate of RM 20.00 for every 1 hour.

3) This vehicle is not used for any type of criminal activity or an offense under Malaysian law.

4) The Renter is fully responsible in the event of an accident abuse of this vehicle is like being involved

    in all kinds of activities crimes or offenses under the laws of Malaysia.

5) It is the Renter responsibility to pay all suits, compound or fine during the rental period as above.

6) VEHICLE OWNER has the right to claim any compensation if it happens any damage/accident

    involving the vehicle in the rental period as above.

7) If the vehicle is not found/lost/severely damaged after the period rental of this vehicle as above, the

    RENTER is responsible to bear all costs incurred by the OWNER VEHICLES involving this vehicle.

8) The vehicle owner has the right to request/keep a copy of the Card Identification/Driver's

    License/Student Card RENTER vehicle for purpose reference.

9) The owner of the vehicle has the right to contact the nominee given by the RENTER as a reference for

    reference purposes to the Renter.

10) A minimum deposit of RM 300.00 is required as confirmation of rental & security deposit. The

     deposit will be returned after a minimum of 7 – 10 maximum days if the car is returned in good

     condition and is missing records of summons & compounds from authorities.

11) If it is found that the outside of the car is very dirty or the inside dirty car spilled water or food, for

     example hit chocolate on cushion/water spilled on car dashboard, door panel or cushion, charge will be

     charged.

12) Pets, durian and liquor are prohibited from being brought into in a rental car.

13) The tenant is not allowed to exchange, take any spare parts against the rented car. If a police report is

      found will be made as a case of theft of vehicle spare parts.

14) If the rented car is involved in an accident and is put into workshop, the renter must pay the full rent

      for the duration repairs as well as all car repair costs.

TERMA DAN SYARAT PERJANJIAN

1) Harga sewa kenderaan ini adalah seperti apa yang dipersetujui.

2) PEMILIK KENDERAAN berhak menuntut bayaran tambahan jika kenderaan ini lewat

    dikembalikan selepas tamat tempoh seperti di atas pada kadar RM20 pada setiap 1 jam.

3) Kenderaan ini tidak digunakan untuk segala jenis aktiviti jenayah atau kesalahan undang-undang negara

    Malaysia.

4) PENYEWA adalah bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku penyalahgunaan kenderaan

    ini seperti terlibat dengan segala jenis aktiviti jenayah atau kesalahan undang-undang negara Malaysia.

5) Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab PENYEWA untuk membayar semua saman, kompaun atau denda

    dalam tempoh sewa seperti di atas.

6) PEMILIK KENDERAAN berhak menuntut sebarang gantirugi jika berlaku sebarang

    kerosakan/kemalangan yang melibatkan kenderaan tersebut dalam tempoh sewa seperti di atas.

7) Sekiranya kenderaan tidak ditemui/hilang/rosak teruk selepas tempoh sewaan kenderaan ini

    seperti di atas, PENYEWA adalah bertanggungjawab untuk menanggung segala kos yang

    dikeluarkan oleh PEMILIK KENDERAAN yang melibatkan kenderaan ini.

8) Pemilik kenderaan berhak meminta/menyimpan salinan Kad Pengenalan/Lesen Memandu/Kad Pelajar

    PENYEWA kenderaan untuk tujuan rujukan.

9) Pemilik kenderaan berhak menghubungi penama yang diberikan PENYEWA sebagai rujukan untuk

    tujuan rujukan kepada PENYEWA.

10) Deposit minima RM 300.00 dikenakan sebagai pengesahan sewaan & deposit security. Deposit akan

     dikembalikan selepas minimum 7 – 10 hari maksimum sekiranya kereta dikembalikan dengan baik

     dan tiada rekod saman & kompaun dari pihak berkuasa.

11) Jika didapati bahagian luar kereta sangat kotor atau bahagian dalam kereta kotor tumpah air atau

     makanan, contohnya kena coklat kusyen/air tertumpah pada papan pemuka kereta, panel pintu atau

     kusyen, caj akan dikenakan dikenakan bayaran.

12) Haiwan peliharaan, durian dan minuman keras dilarang dibawa masuk dalam kereta sewa.

13) Penyewa tidak dibenarkan menukar, mengambil sebarang alat ganti terhadap kereta yang disewa.

      Jika tertangkap laporan polis ditemui akan dibuat sebagai kes kecurian alat ganti kenderaan.

14) Jika kereta yang disewa terlibat dalam kemalangan dan dimasukkan ke dalam bengkel, penyewa mesti

      membayar sewa penuh untuk tempoh tersebut pembaikan serta semua kos pembaikan kereta.
